1. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION: Torque Auto World reserves the right to authorize or deny any service request based on technical feasibility and parts availability. All service work is performed with full authorization from the customer.
2. PRICING & QUOTATIONS: All pricing and quotes provided are estimates based on current inventory and labor rates. Final pricing is subject to change due to parts availability or unforeseen vehicle conditions.
3. PARTS COMPATIBILITY: We provide parts that are compatible with your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any damage or failure resulting from the use of aftermarket or non-standard components.
4. PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. Late payments may result in interest charges as per Fresno CA law. Refunds are processed only as per our warranty and return policy.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Torque Auto World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or parts. All liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
